We accept pets in certain rooms with prior arrangements. Please call 305.289.1525 for information regarding our pet policy. The pet fee is $15.00 per day.
Rates are subject to 12.5% sales tax.
All rentals offer free high speed wireless internet connection, free HBO TV, and air conditioning.
Daily maid service is normally not provided. Guests may arrange for service and clean towels at the front desk.
If your length of stay is 2 nights or more, the use of the boat ramp - located on our property - is free. If staying less than 2 nights a charge of $15.00 for an "in and out" boat ramp usage. Remember, our boat dockage is FREE!
Rooms rates for Waterfront Efficiency at Dock Level : Ranges from $129 - $179. Each of these rooms have 2 queen beds, fully equipped kitchens, dining area, TV, A/C, patio with table and chairs.

Rooms rates for Water View on Second Level: Ranges from $119 - $149. Each of these units can sleep 4 people. These accommodations have microwaves, small refrigerators, TV, ceiling fans, A/C and private balconies with wonderful water views.
